What it means is that like always, the people who have problems and/or complaints are the great majority of posters while at the same time being the small minority of users. Most people who have gone to Windows 10 are loving it and have no intention of rolling back.
Actually, there is no way to confirm that "loving it". I suspect most people are enduring it, but I have no way of confirming that, either.
Those that like change for change's sake probably love it. Those of us that believe in "If it ain't broke, don't fix it" are seriously irritated.
