Had a ton of issues with8.0 and the oem 8.1 update on this Lenovo i7 8gb ram. it would literally crash and burn 1 out of 3 boots. I am using it to work on networks in the field and it was embarrassing to work with. I pulled the factory drive and dropped 7 on it and have had no issues what so ever. I tried fully updating 8 on it a couple weeks ago and thought it might be ok till I took it home and first boot out of the bag I get the fancy " oops something went wrong". 3 reboots later I finally got back in. put the 7 drive back in the next day. I know it's a driver issue but I have gone up and down in drivers for over two months. 7 works fine. I'll look at 9 on a VM and see what it looks like. I didn't mind the gui so much I guess. I wasn't impressed with it but don't hate it. to me it's jus bleh.

Dual-boot all the way, but with different hard drives tough !

Why do you say they should focus on the App Store?

Last I checked, it was doing well.
They don't have anything really useful, businesses aren't designing apps for the Store, and the apps they do have are inferior to their Legacy counterparts.

What is the purpose of Metro? if you don't have anything to present. I don't have a Windows phone, so maybe they have something worthwhile there and they will be integrated.

I suppose that is a bit if a problem, but I think they can work on that after they finish up with Windows 9. Just my opinion.
