Looks like there is a problem their end. Getting the same issue. I'd wait a while and try again.

back to normal again
downloaded and installed to 15% in 20 mins then started to download again
now installed and so far no problems

We are starting to roll out Cumulative Update Build 20236.1005 (KB4587587). This update does not contain new features and is designed to test our servicing pipeline.

I have licenced Windows 10 Pro x64. After upgrade something's wrong. I have to roll back to 2004 version.

Well 20236 worked for half a day, now I got three "Unexpected Kernel Mode Trap" bluescreens over time today. Enough is enough of 20236 as far as I am concerned. Back again to 20231 until the next build or until I hear of any fixes to these issues. Dammit!
