sometimes these things are sorted by the old favourite,
"Have you tried turning it off and then on again"..

    - requires maximum patience..

Only 1 issue so far: Groove Music:
music won't stay suspended in the background when paused.

    - did a back-up to OneDrive and then did a hard reset on Lumia735..
    - it went through all the necessary actions, and on reboot it came back up with the Windows10 Mobile IP in place
    - all stable and all working lovely..

    - impressive..

I'm impressed with this Build as well!
    It's 10 times the Build 10166 was.

10512 is definitely a improvement over 10166. I was having so many lock ups with 10166 I went back to Windows 8.

Nokia Lumia 735 running Windows10 Mobile (Insider Preview) v 10512..

Huzzah! The new SD card arrived today - it's a Kingston 64GB MICROSDXC
installed it in the phone and the OneDrive back-up did it's thing (amazing!)

    - synced over some MP3 muzak from my PC to the SD card, using WindowsMediaPlayer connected by USB cable..
    - it all went very smoothly - and incredibly quickly..

Upgraded to this build and my Lumia 640 can't see SD card that worked fine before.
Anyone else having problems with disappearing SD cards in windows 10.
Restarting phone few times didn't fix problem.

Will try hard reset when i have time.

There is another problem with this build lock screen shows just blank picture no clock weather or other notifications, I can live with that but no SD card is bad because Lumia 640 has only 8 GB internal memory.

immediately after upgrading to build 10525 on the PC, my SD card details were also not showing in Phone Companion..
I cured it, by restarting the PC..

the blank screen is probably just the default setting, you need to choose a lock screen in the Personalization settings..
mine's set to the Bing Home page - looks smart..

Downloaded and installed in 1/2 an hour. No problems so far.

EDIT: Upgraded my wife's PC. It has a much older CPU. It took well over an hour to upgrade.
