If it was, I'm sorely disappointed. I don't see any new features or anything like that.
That wasn't very entertaining. Maybe I'll uninstall the update and watch them do it again. (just kidding).

    I think Rocky's being sarcastic.

Yes I was. I really mean, WOW, what a scam.

I thought you meant something like that, Rocky, but like I always say,

"Never assume anything, because it just makes an 'ass' out of 'u' (you) and 'me!' " So I wasn't about to assume that you were being sarcastic. (Not to mention, sarcasm doesn't always come through well in the written word.) :)

I installed it .. no differences that I can tell. But then I did not notice anything being broken.

According to Neowin.net, this may not have been SR1 after all--just another 'cumulative update,' like last week.

I just went into my update history and I counted 17 new updates that were installed today. That is quite a bit.

Can anyone verify if Windows Photo Viewer is fixed?

I am not aware that it's broken to begin with.

    It's broken if you clean-install Windows 10

It was not SR1, only a cumulative update & a couple of security updates thrown in today.
