KB4541738 for Windows 10 Insider Preview Slow Build 19041.153 March 13UPDATE 3/13:
Hello Windows Insiders, today we’re releasing 20H1 Build 19041.113 (KB4540409) to Windows Insiders in the Slow ring. This Cumulative Update includes quality improvements. Key changes include:
- Addresses an issue that might block digital rights management (DRM) video playback in apps that depend on the Windows 8.0 or later PlayReady Store Framework for content protection.
- Updates the copyright date for Windows 10, version 2004 to the year 2020.
- Addresses an issue that causes the Notepad icon to appear on the Start menu after uninstalling the Feature-on-Demand (FOD) version of Notepad.
- Addresses an issue that might cause some systems to stop responding at sign in because several background services are being hosted in the same service host process.
- Addresses an issue with the Your Phone app that might cause the copying of large PC files (such as images) to certain phone models to time out.
- Addresses an issue with cellular data for certain mobile carriers that might prevent connectivity on Microsoft Surface Pro X.
- Addresses an issue that fails to pin the new Microsoft Edge icon to the taskbar after a user installs the new Microsoft Edge and creates a new user profile on the device.
- Addresses an issue that prevents some users from signing out because the user session stops responding.
Known issues
- We are aware Narrator and NVDA users that seek the latest release of Microsoft Edge based on Chromium may experience some difficulty when navigating and reading certain web content. Narrator, NVDA and the Edge teams are aware of these issues. Users of legacy Microsoft Edge will not be affected. NVAccess has released a NVDA 2019.3 that resolves the known issue with Edge.
Thanks,
BLB

[Note added 10 mins later] Noticed that my Surface Dock Ethernet connection was MIA while installing the update, but before I could get into serious troubleshooting on that Surface Pro 3 unit, the reboot to get to build .113 brought the Ethernet adapter back to life. Weird!
updated my old laptop (ASUS rog GW55),and it went fast and easy. So far no problems
Getting it.
Well that was weird behaviour.
1. WU briefly showed 4 updates. The CU, a defender platform update, a security update, and MSRT.
2. This almost immediately disappeared and showed as up to date.
3. Several checks for updates again showed up to date.
4. MSRT and then Tiworker were running in task manager.
5. Further check for updates showed CU 0% Installing. It sat there for a while.
6. CU leaped to 100% and restart.
7. Restarted and updated normally and am now on 113

Have tried to install this today but WU doesn't find it? Wonder if it's been pulled for some reason ..
My test system is on 19041.84 and it was rebuilt yesterday by doing a clean install from the 19041 ISO.
EDIT: just discovered why! The rebuild from the ISO removed the Insider set up. Have redone that and now the CU is installing ...
Showed up on WU and installed quickly on desktop, no problems so far.
