I hope not. There’s not much I like about Windows 10 when compared to 7. But live tiles is one thing I do think looks good. Seems like a backward step
I personally like the live tiles (especially Photos and News) and would at minimum like to at least have the option to enable them if Microsoft proceeds with planned removal.
yeah for me, photos, news , mail, weather and calendar need to stay as live
Won't matter to me. I deleted them all long ago. If Windows starts putting large icons where the tiles were, I'll delete them too.
I for one welcome this change. Nothing more distracting from what actually one needs to do.
...so the nett change over the years will be: no change actually .
Just thinking about all this effort wasted over the years...
(Just my 2p)
On the day of release, the first thing i installed on Windows 10 was the Start Menu replacement, Start10. I haven't seen a single Tile since and hope i never will again.
OMG what's a girl supposed to? Microsoft is like a bully who keeps stealing your lunch money, take, take, take.
why call it Windows, it should be called Dumbows, it has been dumbed down so much.
Microsoft must be taking a page from Henry Fords book. “A customer can have a car painted any color he wants as long as it’s black”
