I have been using Windows 10 1909 18363.418 as a non-insider for a couple of days. It is stable with absolutely zero issues.

You know, I skipped Windows 8.

Couldn't get my head around a UI totally unlike any seen before (or since). I now have Windows 8.1 in a VM - still don't like it much.

Same. I even went so far to upgrade my 8 pro that was in a vm into 10 with the free upgrade just to get rid of it. I now use it for the 10 insider preview.

I could stomach (for its networking improvements, mostly) Windows 8 (Just!), but hated it.

It was flat and like a bad graphic novel rather than an animated CGI movie that the transition from XP via Vista to Windows 7 had promised.

But I could live with it, unlike Vista, which sent me off into the realms of SuperOS, Ubuntu and Linux Mint for 6 months before I returned to Windows XP.

You say that, but your screen is cracked and you have a ferret on your monitor. But I guess that's hardware, so technically you are running fine I guess.
Dang you, Andrew! I was laughing so hard I just fell out of my chair!

Hmmm..... did I miss something? I wasn't aware 1909 was available to general public yet. Only to the Insiders.

If you download from UUPDump, you can get it. Non-Insiders can get everything we Insiders can get from UUPDump.

Thanks. Wasn't even aware of that. That said, I'm sorry to say I'm a little behind on this so what or where is UUDump?

    Thanks.
