I've seen that before with previous versions of Windows. The patch goes out but the info page is MIA at first. Then shows up a little latter. It's not the first time that's happened. Likely won't be the last either. There are always a few that think because its missing Microsoft is up to something. They forget that sometimes it doesn't all happen at once. Damn coffee breaks.
Its a union sweatshop, gotta have the coffee break's.

Windows 8.1 showed support info on updates.
Do you want patch notes or do you want patches?

For Windows 10 free upgraders, that was our choice, but what about the new Windows 10 retail buyer?
Free & retail are exactly the same in all ways.

I would like to know what the patches for and decide whether I want it or not!

I do not want to pay something that I don't know about it!

Sure! 10240 is the final version for now. But this is nothing to do when buying a Windows 10 Pro retail key. I consider the retail key for Windows 10 will last forever if MS is not going to change the future License Agreement.
