No release notes. Is this the trend for all future Windows updates?

Yeah pretty crappy thing. Xp was more user friendly than this

For Windows 10 free upgraders, that was our choice, but what about the new Windows 10 retail buyer?

This update includes improvements to enhance the functionality of Windows 10.

Windows 10 updates are cumulative. Therefore, this package contains all previously released fixes. If you have previous updates installed, only the new fixes that are contained in this package will be downloaded and installed to your computer.

    Very informative.

Holy carp! Gotta check the file list against KB3081436 to see if there's new stuff, or if this is just a re-issue with fixes.

Obviously they needed to take their time to release that very detailed change long.

I've seen that before with previous versions of Windows. The patch goes out but the info page is MIA at first. Then shows up a little latter. It's not the first time that's happened. Likely won't be the last either. There are always a few that think because its missing Microsoft is up to something. They forget that sometimes it doesn't all happen at once. Damn coffee breaks.

I don't care when it comes out so long as it's more informative than the jokes Microsoft has released and tried to pass off as patch notes.
