That's what we thought before July 29th, but it hit at midnight, New York time.

I have my WiFI connection set to "metered" so updates won't download until I want them too.
I guess that is a great idea, I have WiFi and LAN so I'll disconnect LAN and set WiFi to Metered. I have pro and thought I could control updates but haven't found any settings.

You could try this tutorial as a workaround:

Thanks, yeah ive done that, but its still limited. I would like full colour choice using a colour wheel, as well as font and size changing.
    Agreed.

I just checked Windows Update and was told I'm already up to date. Checked installed updates and it's not there. So, nope, not yet.

If you're still an Insider, you've already got it - it came out on the 5th, and put a lot of systems into a perpetual boot loop.

    KB3081424
For some, the only answer is an in-place upgrade from w10 to w10, booting from USB/ISO and choosing INSTALL, then selecting to keep all apps and files.

That's not SR1. That's the cumulative update that everyone received last week. I am not an insider and I received it already.

SR1 is suppose to be released today, according to the original post in this thread.
