It could. Mine seemed like it was stuck at 66% forever before proceeding. I then had to restart the machine. Personally it's something that should be done anyway so restarts don't bother me.

Oh, and yeah, I get your other post.
Guess that has to do with your ISP.I know, but this prompts you to restart, know what you mean, want to see if it causes an issue even if a restart is not required. Glad you got it, i rephrased it.

There are no "drivers" in the BIOS.

Err never mind - I see it says drives, not drivers. Need to clean my glasses :)

Looking at the link, make sure your HD / SSD drive didn't get full due to the update.
    Let us know.

    Another possibility.
This error occurs because, 'AHCI' Mode is Disabled on your computer's BIOS Configuration settings. Follow the steps to enable AHCI Control mode in BIOS settings and to fix the error 'INACCESSIBLE BOOT DEVICE'.
Start the computer and press the appropriate key to enter the BIOS Configuration settings. Look for the option 'AHCI Mode , set the AHCI Mode Enabled or Auto. Save configuration changes and exit.
