I guess it's enough to download the Delta if I'm already on 17133.1 (non-insider)?

Nevermind. Found out it's on UUP Dump.

this update fixed the 2 recovery partition error in UEFI bios :)

Windows Update Troubleshooter didn't fixed the issue.

Seems fine after the second restart.

Did see something interesting in the Insider Preview tag line for the cumulative update in Settings though:

Notice how it says "Windows 10 Version Next" to the left of the build number.

All my computers and vmware included updated to this build and up to now no signals of any problem.

Also does not show up in Update History as anything. Least here. Not in Installed Updates, either. Only other reference I could find was Reliability History, where it shows with no KB number either.
