Hyper-V Virtual Switch

    Hyper-V Virtual Switch


    I cannot create a Virtual switch when using Hyper-V get this error message:

    I am using a Qualcomm Atheros AR9002WB-1NG Wireless Network Adapter and running Hyper-V with Admin Privleges.
    Laptop is a Toshiba Qosmio i7 with 8GB Ram running Windows 10 pro.

    Hi Thanks for the reply: I have followed it exactly as shown. The snapshot i posted has a details box which shows this:
    Ethernet Port
    {0340E523-50B1=4071-917C-45E2CB6B5855} bind failed: Catastrophic Failure (0x8000FFFF)

    As you can see Hyper-V manager connects to the Host Win 10 Laptop.

    I went to the Qualcom download page and downloaded the latest driver for my card and installed it, but still cannot create a Virtual switch
