I do that and a screen comes up with option with continue , troubleshoot and turn off. I choose trouble shoot. Then I get reset this pc (that just goes back to the same problem ) and advanced. I choose advanced and get these options, system restore , system recovery image , command prompt , start up settings , go back to previous build. I choose command prompt ans get choose an account to continue , but the only one shown is jamey jamme which takes me back to the original problem

The other options do the same thing. except startup setting and i dont know what to do with that

Catch 22 - you need sign in as an administrator, but the only administrator account available is now 'Jamey jamme'.

There is another way to enable the built in Administrator account...

OPTION FOUR

Enable or Disable Built-in Administrator in Command Prompt at Boot
NOTE: This option is good for when you are unable to sign in to Windows 10.

I some how managed to get there but the vale was already 10, so I changed it to 11. but it did nothing for the problem. I went back to command prompt and selected the jamey jamme account and it showed an email address lovemom2008@mail.com . I restarted the computer and back to the original problem. For the jamey jamme account entered lovemom2008 for the pass word and it worked. Now I have to find out how to get rid of that account and put in an account for my daughter

This is close to what happened to me Solved restarted win 10 pro - can't log in - know password - Windows 10 Forums , check out the end of the thread for the fix ... Good luck ..
