    Windows Live

Ok, first off thanks for allowing me to join I REALLLLLLLLLY hope I am able to get some help here. I have had nothing but problems since "upgrading" to windows 10... Right now my problem is this. When I finally was able to get back on my computer I was stupid and thought from the way I was looking / reading everything I HAD to have a windows live account, so I made one... I then went in and THOUGHT I removed the "password to sign in" crap... then I deleted my windows live account...

So, I get on my laptop yesterday (about 2wks later) and go to power up... It requires a password.. Which I forgot, so I requested a new one, got the temporary one, went and changed to a new password. Now when I go to log in to my computer it shows it isn't valid, if I attempt to log into windows on anything else (my phone, tablet, another pc) it shows that that account no longer exists (great, sort of) Yet I go to "make a new account" because I am at the end of my rope and don't know where to go from there and what do I get.... "That account already exists" !

    Please help

    Hi Michelle
Had a similar thing happen when a new faulty computer purchased had to be returned under guarantee.
This being replaced with a new one.
Like yourself I repeatedly got "That account already exists".
I eventually after numerous attempts got a message on screen to answer a question, which if you had registered an M$ account you would have given a phone contact number, they then called me and quoted a number which I had to put on screen to once again open my account.
I can only suggest you keep on trying and hopefully succeed
