I made exactly the same mistake as you when I was saying not to do it. (I am an idiot sometimes)

    Anyway here is how:

    • Make a screenshot with snipping tool containing your email address called Capture.png
    • upload it to the site
    • realize you left your e-mail address on it
    • Edit your PNG with Paint application and save it as Capture2.png
    • Edit your post on tenforums.com
    • Delete your old picture (Capture.png)
    • Add the new one (Capture2.png)

Then repeat the same process next time when you make exactly the same mistake

Click on Edit then manage attatchments and the click on the x in the top right hand side corner (it only appears when you hover over it).

    that would be unethical ;)

I think you can only edit it (and not delete it) if someone has quoted it but I'm not 100% sure. Otherwise you can click on edit for your post and the "delete" button is at the top of the page.

I'm going to revive this thread. I have 5 computers all on Windows 10x64 Pro Build 14393.10 and this issue applies to all 5 computers.

    - I have only a Local Administrator account set up for use on each of these systems. I do not have a Microsoft sign-in account set up on any of these computers. I do have a Microsoft account but I do not sign in with it.

    - I have bypassed the Lock Screen/log-in password requirement via cmd.exe > netplwiz

    - My Local Account has a picture established and it shows up on the Lock screen, on the Start menu and everywhere EXCEPT on the Welcome screen that appears on boot up. My account name shows up but not the account picture...the default grey picture appears.

    - A format/fresh install of Windows 10 x64 Pro does not resolve this.

Does anyone know how to make the account picture on the Welcome screen....not the Lock screen...but the Welcome screen.

This is a well known bug to Insiders - been there for several weeks. MS have yet to fix it. Report it using feedback hub.
