It's up to you, but I think sharing that information would be more detrimental to other users than beneficial.

PS, watch you language.. we run a provisional forum here.
Agree fully with everything you have posted
If the OP wants it to act like XP why install or buy laptop with it on.
    As for no security hope he never gets a virus or Malware and not realise it and spread it to other peoples laptops/computers;
Because no matter how careful you are one could always get through.
Myself I would rather be safe than sorry.
I have spent many an hour helping friends who have not heeded my warning when they have done or alter something then crashed their system and asked me to help.
Then told me I was right all along

Here's a tutorial on the app part.
Apps - Uninstall in Windows 10 - Windows 10 Forums

As for the rest if you try that there is a good chance that you would trash your PC. Xp days are gone.. it's time to adjust to the newer OS's And I would not post anyway to do this.. others might try and I don't want them to have major issues with their PC's. If you really want to do some Google searches,., you might find some way.

I somewhat agree with the frustration with Win 10's overdone security

For instance, I would like to have a "simple" home network so I can get out of my desktop chair and move to my easy chair with my laptop and be able to access my desktop computer. Windows makes that so complicated with "credentials" "network names" with no explanation of what they are! I just want to access my two computers from each other without making access security like I'm on a CIA network or something!! Why make it such a pain in the butt!!

Most of the setting were changed after massive ransomware attacks that effect the world and millions of people so it was setup so this cant happen again you may not care about your security but change everything and you could be the next BOT infecting everyone

    Home Network

I understand security risks, but don't understand why I need it to communicate between my two home computers when they have all sorts of protection with my VPN, antimalware installed. In fact, I shouldn't even need to be connected to the internet to communicate between my computers on my home LAN/WiFi network!? I also can't seem to find where and what "credentials" are in respect to network connections. It all boils down to the fact that I have never spent more time trying to get anything on my computer working than I have trying to get my two lowly Win 10 computers to communicate with each other!
Sure wish I could figure it out.

    Dave,

The 'network name' is something that is created by your router. Other than recognising it as the thing you connect each of them to, you'll never need to do anything about it.

    About 'network credentials'

On each computer, create a password-protected local Admin account using exactly the same username & password on each one.

When you are asked for network credentials, give that username & password and set the dialog's checkbox for remembering the credentials.

You'll never be bothered by that dialog again.

This does not constrain which user account you log in with. Your network will work for all your user accounts. That password-protected local Admin account is just used to set things up.
    - Do write the password down somewhere secure yet accessible because you won't use it so you'll forget it.
