Why does windows asks for my "most recent credentials" so often?

    Hi guys,

From time to time windows for some reason, asks for my most recent credentials. I just click on it in the action center, it goes to my account settings and then it disappears as a problem all together. Why?

This is not some issue I'm facing that's not allowing me to do some work on my laptop or anything of that sort but is getting fairly annoying.

    Thanks,

    Have a Great Day,

    M

    Hello Marko, :)

You might see if the method in the tutorial below may be able to sort this for you.

    Hi Brink!

Did the above. And restarted. To which my Disk activity went up to 95% for a good 5 minutes. I guess we can attribute that to new profile generation right?

Hopefully that solves it, and I don't get the annoying popups anymore. :)

Oh, Why can't Microsoft actually make something that's - bug free -
    Thanks!

    I'm marking this as solved.
Haven't had an issue later on at all.
    Thanks brink!
