How to change order of users on Windows logon screen

I have three users (all with local accounts) on my PC and some time ago I disabled the auto-login using the process described here:
Solved Help with multiple users login screen!

This worked perfectly as the users appeared in alphabetical order as follows:
UserA (with the user picture in the centre of the screen)
    UserB
    UserC

Recently, the order has changed to (I don't know why!):
UserB (with the user picture in the centre of the screen)
    UserA
    UserC

I would like to change the order back to how it was originally, as UserA is the primary user of this computer. UserA currently has to click on 'UserA' and then 'Sign In' rather than just 'Sign In'

Note: UserB is the only account that is password protected.

Does anyone have any ideas how to do this?

    Many thanks

I know it is already 2-year time, but I figure out how to fix it.

I was looking for the same answer these few days, including this post, but I couldn't find any. Therefore I tried to fix it myself by chance. And you know what? It works. Since I am also using this tweak to force windows to show the logon page every time the computer starts, I totally understand the problem stated by you.

I know you set "Enabled" to (1) here:
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Authentication\LogonUI\UserSwitch

And now here is how to fix, there is an item "UserSID" under "Enabled", and that the value there is the code of the account that you see on the logon page. When I got this problem, the "code" was set to UserB's code, so I change it back to the code of UserA's, and it's done.

You can find out the code of your current logged on user (UserA) here:
    KEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Authentication\LogonUI\SessionData\1
    LoggedOnUserSID

Hope this help anybody facing the same problem in the future.

I registered a tenforum account just to answer this question.

FYI: My OS is Windows 10 1803

EDIT: Sorry for digging this thread, just wanted to say that it didn't work. It was on top because I logged off this specific acc. Windows turns this "enabled" to "0" at log off. Tried to run scrip via group policy, but it either did not execute because it maybe needed admin privileges (and these scripts do not have it afaik?) or it is just purely impossible. Whoever invented this user-shuffler will burn in hell certainly.
