    Confused by user accounts

I am having trouble with user accounts in Windows 10.
I have three different logins, “dan”, “william” and “william lockie”. They come up randomly when I start or restart the computer.
The PW for all of them is ********, the same.
    There are two users folders:
    1. C:\users\ william\ This path contains the files I use on a daily basis and I wish it to be the folder that I boot to regardless of the login.
    2. C:\users\william lockie\ ( email ) I think this is an MS account? How is this path used?
3.There is NO folder for dan. As a matter of fact, a search of , both, the System drive and the registry returns NOTHING. As I remember, the computer lost power in the middle of adding “dan”.
I go to control panel>users accounts and the only account listed is “william lockie”. Try to manage another account and am told that the only account is the one listed.

Think the three accounts are “admin” accounts. I know that “william lockie” is.

Try to recreate the Dan account, and then remove it. It should go away.

Did that and it's still there.

Do you have a restore point to go back to before all of this happened? Sounds like a registry issue
