    Press F4 for recovery, to see if it may take you to advanced startup options be able to do a system restore.

    You won't lose files, but any programs installed after the date of the restore point will have to be reinstalled.

    yup... i was hoping i wouldn't lose all the software that was installed especially when there was only one key so now i have to buy them all over again - very costly

    Do not change your computer name!!!!

Windows Update has locked out Admin account

The admin account on a single user machine which did not require a password to logon has been changed by an update this week to require a password which of course does not exist. The question is how can the Admin account be reset to allow access....
