No Administrator Account After Win 10 Novermber 2015 Upgrade

Hi :) I have No 'Administrator Account’ I have “Dasha” Admin and Homegroup and Nothing Else?
I tried cmd and Right-click on the Command Prompt result/ and select "run as administrator" But the Drop-down Menu Has No Option ‘run as administrator’ it only has: Mark, Copy, Paste, Scroll, Select All and I can Find nothing about the Command Prompt> net user administrator /active
So I typed in > net user administrator /active:yes
But it Just say s > Access Denied ?
I had: Admin / Dasha Admin / Guest User before I did the Big November Win 10 Upgrade? And then I noticed that even though I did the Run> netplwiz and Uncheck...’Sign in’ it was already Unchecked?
    Did this 3 times
It still keeps Bringing up the “Log-in Page
I think this is all Related? Can you me please Dasha

Press the Windows key + X to open the Power User menu, check if you can see the option "Command Prompt (Admin)".

If you go to Control Panel > All Control Panel Items > User Accounts, does user 'Dasha' indicate that you are part of the Administrator Group? Alternatively, from the command terminal, type 'net user dasha'. Towards the bottom, you should see "Local Group Memberships". does it show 'Administrators'?

What if you type cmd in the search box > a popup box should appear with Command Prompt at the top. Yes ?
If yes, right click at it > click Run As Administrator.

I am afraid you did not follow my method step by step. Please view my previous screenshot again. You were using the Run box. That's not what I asked you to use.

In the search box next to the Start button, type cmd > right click at Command Prompt at the top left > click Run as Administrator > click Yes > this is what you should see, not the one you showed in your screenshot........

Yes. By default, the search box is NOT hidden.
You can unhide it by > right click at an open spot of the taskbar > click Cortana > click Show search box.
