    Conclusion : all methods to change , remove ,add password to local account lead to same results , if you use computer management, or login screen, or account manager, u got same message

    if you want to convert Micosoft account to local . then you need to enter password, you got same result :)

    Try this to remove policies, which might be causing problems, run CMD as admin and enter:

    reg delete "HKCU\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\System" /f
    reg delete "HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System" /f
    reg delete "HKLM\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\System" /f
    reg delete "HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System" /f

    Note: It could cause (maybe), that you will not be able to login to your MS account, so use at own risk.

    Try to reset all the local security policy settings to default:
    1. Open an elevated Command Prompt.
    2. Run this command:
      Code:
      secedit /configure /cfg %windir%\inf\defltbase.inf /db defltbase.sdb /verbose
    3. Reboot your computer and check if it fixes your problem.
