I deleted my previous account as it was bugged due to them nice ppl at microsoft, not fixing their product that they advertised on my system for months. Now when I go into add new user, I get a flash of a window and it disappears
Any commands to add the new user?
Are you trying to create a local account or Microsoft Account?
It doesn't me the option, it only has add someone else to this pc in the section other users. When I click it, the window acts like its going to open but disappears. I tried that scan command to see if there is any problems, but there wasn't any found.
I want the account of where you sign in with your hotmail and password, the one I originally had before I lost the calculator and use of the windows start button.
Press Win+R to open a run dialog box. Then type netplwiz and click OK. Sounds like you have more serious issues with your Windows 10 install, though.
