Issue With Windows 10 explorer control 7zip

So, i am trying to unzip something with 7zip, and it keeps on giving me access denied issues, which is driving me insane, from what i read, it had something to do with UAC, tried that, clicked ok, and restarted my laptop, now i am still getting an Access Denied Even after restarting it? I can copy and move files just fine? Why am i not getting permission to unzip a file i want to unzip? I am Administrator last i checked, also, why is there in security, two users, when i didn't make two users? One is Admin, the other, normal user? Any helpful insights would be nice please.

Are you trying to unzip to a protected system folder, like Windows or Program Files folders? That is by default not possible. Unzip to desktop or any other of your personal folders, then move the extracted files where you want to.

There is a Hidden, by default, Administrator account, then there is a User with Administrative rights account, a Standard user account and probably a Guest account. The Hidden account can be shown but not normally necessary. Every once in awhile the hidden account has to be revealed as it can do more than a User with administrative rights but I've seldom found that necessary. All that may be a rather simplified explanation.

Thank, but i find it silly, that you have to unzip it at the desktop. And it makes things clearer

It's for your protection, or rather protection of your operating system. Windows needs to protect some system folders.
