Upgraded Windows 8.1 (Dell) to 10 now UAC seems half-broken

So I have Adobe Flash Player installed by Dell and I want to uninstall it. But it is not showed in the programs overview in the control panel.

I found this guide on the dell website:
http://www.dell.com/support/article/...9/SLN288999/EN which states I have have to remove the folders manually.

And here comes the problems. I get the usual uac prompt asking if it is ok for the following program to make system changes. I click yes and then I get Access Denied. I need permission from SYSTEM.
I changed the ownership, first to Admin group but then I would need permission from Adminitrator.
Changed owner to my own admin account but uac keeps saying I need permission from myself..

    Now what?

I have set the ownership on the folder I want to delete in System32. There are fodlers in SysWOW64 and appdata also.. They have not been touched yet.

    Thank you for your time

    You could try this.
Go to the folder expand it and try and delete the files, youll still have the folder but it will be empty.
