Can’t turn off User account control

I am trying to put an app (tax software) on my computer and for some reason I get the user account control box and I am only given the option of NO for if I “want to allow this app to make changes to my device”. I have used everything single thing I found on the internet to change the admin rights. The box says to continue I have to “enter an admin user name and password”. I have tried to do this everywhere and can’t find it or can’t do it. I feel like I have tried everything. Does anyone have any ideas? I’m following all the articles online and no ideas are working. Thank you!!

Download TweakUAC and try 'quiet mode'.

TweakUAC can quickly turn UAC (User Account Control of Microsoft Windows ) on or off or make UAC operate in quiet mode.

And the same in all other Admin prompts such as right-clicking on the Start button & selecting Windows PowerShell [Admin]?
    Was it behaving correctly before?
Please post a photo of the Admin prompt.

It does sound like your Admin user account is corrupted.
Fix UAC prompt has greyed out or missing Yes button - TenForumsTutorials

    Best of luck,
