    Disable SIGN IN screen

W10 HOME laptop has no password. But Sign in screen still appears after each sleep cycle.

How can it be disabled? Perhaps a regedit entry under Personalization comparable to NoLockScreen?

Open Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Power Options\Edit Plan Settings
    Change advanced power settings

Under required password on wakeup select NO

"Under required password on wakeup select NO"

There is no such option in that path.

In NetPLWiz, "User must enter a user name..." is UNchecked.

    Hello mate,

Double check to see if you have an option in the tutorial below to turn off require sign-in on wakeup.

Sorry borgus, my mistake. It does have on Win 7 but not on Win 10.
Fortunately, Brink has a tutorial for almost everything.

Shawn rarely fails. Take a break.

The REG file did the deed.

Resetting a Power Profile, to overcome spontaneous restarts from sleep mode, caused the issue.

On this HOME PC there are no screens that display the "no wakeup on sleep" options.

    Thanks all
