    Unable to access signin options

When ever I try to go to the useraccount etc tab in settings the box opens and just closes I get no error message or anything.

I have tried going to settings from all the places you can and it makes no difference.

Anyone else had this and if so is it fixable without a full re-install
I have run sfc /scannow and it does detect corrupt files but I have no way of repairing them

Hello, I would like to do a clean install of Win 10 on an older Toshiba laptop currently running Vista. The specs are fine. I believe Win 10 won't be a free upgrade for Vista so I'd like to know my best (and cheapest) option. Is it to buy a Win 7...

Two search options?
Why does Windows 10 TP has two separate and similar search functions, one on the Start Menu, and the another on the Taskbar? The only difference is the latter one having web suggestions, which could be added to the Start Menu search! Thank you
