    Welcome Screen and SpecialAccounts

How can I configure something like this? I used to be able to do this in older versions, but seems like no longer the case in 10.

I have a machine with several user accounts that are visible on the Welcome screen, and two that aren't. Back in older versions, I can press CTRL+ALT+DEL and show the regular login prompt to log on to these users, but it seems like no longer the case with 10, CTRL+ALT+DEL does nothing.

Is there anyway to configure the Welcome screen to work like that anymore?

Hello Toni, and welcome to Ten Forums. :)

If you mean to require users to enter both a user name and password on the sign in screen, then this may help.

Not quite. I want the first set of users to be displayed, and like in XP such that I can manually log on to the non-listed accounts. I do NOT want users to have to manually enter any user names, these are 5-10 year old kids, and I can use the other two hidden accounts to do maintenance work.

I have the accounts added under SpecialUsers so it doesn't display, but I can no longer press CTRL+ALT+DEL to get the Classic log on as a backdoor.

I'm not aware of a way to do that anymore since XP.
