I am the administrator. I set up an account for my wife. She forgot her password and can't answer the security questions and does not have a password reset disk. (I am signed in.)

How to Tell if Local Account or Microsoft Account in Windows 10
If your wife's account is a local account, you can use option 3 in the tutorial below to change her password while signed in to your administrator account.
