I ran this option and it has crashed my machine. Will not now load Windows. Need urgent fix to avoid me having to reinstall Windows and wiping my machine clean.

The REG file would only add or remove "Hibernate" from Power menus.
It wouldn't be able to cause a crash, so something else it at foot.
As a test, try restarting the computer a few times to see if recovery mode may load between a restart to select to continue to Windows.
