    I have Eset antivirus but I can go to the website with internet explorer and firefox. I disabled AV to try again and it still asks me to enable cookies.

    I'm not sure what else to suggest for this other than to see if refreshing or resetting Windows will sort it.

    Refresh Windows 10

    Reset Windows 10

    I appreciate your help. I'll check out the links but I'm not sure I want to risk mucking something else up. I'll have a look at the procedures and decide.
