Since you do not have a US English Windows, you would first need to change the en-US folder for your language like in OPTION TWO. :)

go to settings security and updates

Yes I see what you mean, I still have not sorted that one out myself. But I think if MS get enough moans in feedback, they may change it.

Windows Update is deprecated in the Control Panel for Windows 10, and cannot be added back.
