Hello Kizo,
You should be able to create the shortcut in this tutorial, save it to where you like, and run the shortcut in the context menu instead. :)

Thanks ! Works GREAT !
I don't want to make tutorial, i'm just asking is there a way to make context menu shortcut.
Because, where ever i place it, and then create shortcut in context menu,
it gives me the same error.
Creating batch script is also useless.
Same thing happens whit any ''Modern'' program shortcut.
Where have You found icon?

Nar, not create tutorial, but download and use the shortcut from the tutorial to run the shortcut from the context menu instead. :)
It does not work for me, I can not run it from the location, Start does not work either.

Hello Tairiku,
Double check to make sure that you have the Windows Update service is enabled, and set to manual. If it's disabled, then that would be this is not working for you.

Yes, it is started and set to Automatic. WU works, just the shortcut does not.
I have just started to use 10 again and it is already getting on my nerves.
Even screenshot attachment does not work for me, 10 really hates me.
Tairiku are you using US english on Windows 10? I ask because of the note in Shawn's tutorial:
Note
If you do not have a US English Windows 10 installed, then you will need to change the en-US folder name in the command below for the folder name with your language instead for this to work.
