It's strange, I still can't persuade the lock screen to appear in my main 10 Pro, but it works fine in my test 10 Pro (where I test all sorts of things including beta products)
I've tried and 'untried' all the fixes to no avail. It appeared exactly twice, never to be seen again seemingly. Indeed a mystery....LOL

    Peter,

If you haven't already, you might see if you can find the image at the location in the yellow tip box below to copy over and use on the other PC.

OK thanks will try later, am up to my neck with McAfee Forums (I'm Admin) - it's strange, Lock Screen settings are all correct. So will "fiddle" further.
    Thanks again.

OK here's the anomaly......all the pics work as choices except the first one which for some reason I can't pick. Note the mixture of .jpg and .png, I find that odd.
I will now reboot to see if the lock screen works.

On that one system it doesn't work and I also notice that the contents of that section are different between my two Win 10's, I guess a sfc /scannow is in order perhaps.....on both....
On the one that works, there's only one lockscreen folder, with 1 image yet when I call up the settings there is a choice of pics, strange. That 1 image works.
On the one that doesn't work there are lockscreen folders a thru e and z, none work and none show up in the settings menu. I think maybe I need to repair that OS at least.

I'm starting to wonder if I can't change my lock screen wallpaper when connected to a domain is due to some 2003 server group policy. I can change it on a laptop that has windows 10 and I can change the desktop wallpaper. I can't find an answer to this yet.

    Hello Gamer, :)

You'll need to ask your domain administrator what they have set.

I'd say clean install if you like. Upgrades always seem to introduce issues.

I see if I run setup from the 10 DVD when booted into that partition it offers to do a reinstallation opting to keep my Apps & Settings...would that be OK??
