Yes indeed.....will look further into it when I can drag myself away from my admin work elsewhere.

The difference was that I'm getting more senile daily...no seriously, I must have absent mindedly added the folder in one system and not the other...my bad.

Windows-Spotlight ?? Is it there or is it not?

I have upgrated 2 PC's. One with Windows 10 Home X64 and one with Windows 10 Pro x64. The Pro is now Cleaninstalled, while the Home is still as upgrated.

The Home installation HAS "Windows-spotlight" as an option in Lock screen.
The Pro installation does NOT have the "Windows-spotlight" as an option in Lock screen.

Does Windows-spotlight only work in Home editions? Or does it only work in upgrated versions and not in clean installations?

Or has I made some sort of error when clean-installing my Windows 10 Pro?

    I'm confused about this.

    Hello Burgurne,

That's correct. Windows spotlight is only available in the Windows 10 Home edition now. :)

Okay. Thanks for clearing that up. Then I don't have to look anymore for it.
Btw, do you know why it is not available in Pro?

I don't know 100%, but could be because Pro is aimed more for advanced users and businesses, they don't need it. It's only an assumption though. :)
