Hello Hunter, and welcome to Ten Forums. :)
If you have a SID key for your account under the ProfileList key, make sure that the ProfileImagePath value has the correct full path of your user profile folder, then restart the computer to see if that may help.
If this still doesn't help, then you could also try doing a system restore using a restore point dated before you started getting the temp. profile error.
