I'm afraid that only desktop apps are at that location.

What about raising start menu list items? Theyre located at the base of the start menu and I want to raise them more.

I'm not sure about that, but you might post a new thread in the Customization forum area to see if someone may know of a way.

Aside of how to remove apps, maybe it would be an idea to add some comments as to what certain apps are doing, their use, and what the possible side effects may be when removing?
Sure, I agree, most of them are evident, the name shows what they are about.
But appconnector, Office.Sway, CommsPhone and or Windowsphone, or OfficeHub..do serve some purpose I suppose...?

Most sites are about -removing- not about what they are being used for, let alone the possible side effects, i.e. will there be anything not functioning properly when they are removed? (probably not but I don't know).

    Just an idea.

    UPDATE:

Starting with Windows 10 Insider Preview build 14926:

Improving your PC upgrade experience: One of the ongoing feedback items we’ve heard is how the apps that come preinstalled with Windows will reinstall after each upgrade – particularly noticeable for our Insiders that receive multiple flights per month. We’ve heard your feedback, and starting with Build 14926, when your PC updates it will check for apps that have been uninstalled, and it will preserve that state once the update has completed. This means if you uninstall any of the apps included in Windows 10 such as the Mail app or Maps app, they will not get reinstalled after you update to a newer build going forward.

What is the difference between Offline and Offline in Get-appxprovisionedpackage?

I assume that you meant Online instead? :)

    Get-AppxProvisionedPackage

    -Online
Specifies that the action is to be taken on the operating system that is currently running on the local computer.

I have tested this and can confirm it works (does not restore apps for the user). If you have taken option 3 in this tutorial (Remove-AppxProvisionedPackage) an upgrade will however reinstate all apps into C:\Program Files\WindowsApps directory so they can then be added again with Add-AppxPackage.

This is helpful as it means you can still re-instate the Store by doing an in-place upgrade and then Add-AppxPackage even if you have deleted it by mistake. Conversely if you ran option 3 to save disk space you still have to do it again after an upgrade.
