You could see if you may be able to use one of the options in the tutorial below to boot to safe mode, but it sounds like you'll need to boot from the USB to be able to do so.

Just a update. Last night I followed this tutorial and got my computer back: How to fix Windows 10 start-up problems - Blackscreen, Bootloop, Infinite Loading [HD 60FPS] - YouTube
Theres a problem though. I did this repair last night and my computer worked all day today. But tonight I received a update from Windows. It installed when I shut down and presto my computer crashed with the same error when I tried to turn the computer back on. Which made me remember that this all started after a update installed.

so this is due to a recent update. What exactly am I supposed to do if a MS update is crashing my computer?

I'd say that once you get your computer running again, back up what you don't want to lose, then do a clean install of Windows 10 to start fresh.

As promised update about multi boot USB
I've tried Yumi to make multi boot cd it just doesn't work
Does anyone know a safe way to create a multi windows ISO installer from USB?
I can not believe that with Linux it is so simple and with windows it doesn't work. We are in 2016 why Microsoft do not offer a tool like Linux to build one USB with all the images?

Sorry i am too stupid to understand, Please help if you can.
    Questions:
    1. If my harddisk is dead, can i reset my PC using the recovery usb drive after replacing my harddisk???
    2. If Yes, Do I need to enter the product key of my window 8 again ???( I am using window 10, I upgraded my window 8 to 10)
    3. If yes, Can I store the content of my recovery usb drive to my NAS, so that I do not need to waste my usb drive and I only copy it back from my NAS to my usb drive when needed to boot ?

Thank you so much if you can answer my questions. Thanks!!!!!

    1. Yes, that's the purpose of creating the recovery drive. Good work, many neglect to until it's too late.
    2. No, the recovery drive will read the imbedded OEM (I presume) key during installation.
    3. Maybe. The recovery drive has to be FAT32 formatted. If the usb you have works and recovers the computer, I would just hold on to it. USB drives are so cheap, why screw around ?

    Good Luck

    Thanks for replying!!!
But for question 2, I am not using OEM window, I am using retail version of window, but I lost the key
( I am not quite sure whether it is OEM or retail, because my university have one free window 8 professional key for each student)
So I am thinking whether window will ask me about my key again when doing recovery.

Another question that comes in my mind is that:
If i have two PC with window 10 ( both upgraded from window 8),
do I need to have two usb drives?????Or they are just the same???
If they are the same, how can it store the two product keys????

Hello superfatball, and welcome to Ten Forums. :)

Since you upgraded to Windows 10 from an activated Windows 8 PC, that PC will have a digital entitlement on the Microsoft activation server that will automatically activate Windows 10 on that PC.

You will be able to install both using the same USB installation media. The product key is what determines which edition (Home or Pro) gets installed.

I find that writing down the product key and keeping it in a safe place is the best option.

Just to point out, a recovery drive cannot be used to do a clean install of Windows 10. You will need installation media instead for that.
