Let me add another vote to SleepyDude's suggestion to change "administrators" on icacls command to "*S-1-5-32-544", so you eliminate this problem once and for all.
    Done. :)

I get the same error (only in English) for my Swedish version which you @Brink uploaded for me some time ago. Is it something I need to change inside the .reg file?

    Hello bl00keRs, :)

Here's an updated Swedish version to see if it may work better for you.

How many languages do you have now Shawn?:)
You might want to think about putting them either in an Excel list, or, in an advanced list, inside of an info box, all together in the tutorial, to make it easier for you to find and update, and for the member to find.

As many as Google Translate knows.

It's an easy thing to do though since it's just changing the "Y" (for yes) in the command for drive and directory to the desired language. The "Y" is used to automatically answer yes for the confirmation prompt when suppressed using the "/D" switch.

Yes Google & Bing translate are really useful.
Cortana too! I get it text and spoken, when I ask!

    Still the same.

EDIT: Sorry... I tried on an owned folder on my desktop, not Windows file
The old one was worked fine also, just like the new you uploaded. Thanks anyway.

In that case, see if the updated version below may work for you. You'll be prompted Y/N to approve for drives and folders to see if manually approving will help.
