    Yes I used the method of copying the datastore folder, do I need to copy other folders too to get the bar included?

    It may be that the favorites bar was stored from an older build that's not currently included in your datastore folder.

    I have the latest Windows 10 update and have build 14393.351... Is the Insider Preview Build only available to certain users.

    You do have the latest non-Insider build installed.

    If you like, you could set Windows to get Insider Preview builds or wait until the build is released to non-Insiders later.
