Sometimes, you need to open the software before you sysprep. It may need to do something with the profile. Then when you sysprep, those changes it made are copied to all future profiles. I asked if you opened the software before you ran sysprep because if you did, I would have suggested that you try again WITHOUT opening the software. It sounds to me that you just installed the software and then ran sysprep. In this case, I am suggesting you try to open the software after installing it before running sysprep.
    Already tryed that, same problem.
But the Key from Daemon Tools & Fences are System Related to the PC, so when you Sysprep it the System will change and so it doesn't Recognize the software anymore.
That's why I need a code for it, so I can use both software for the old system if that excist.
Example: Daemon Tools System settings use Old settings and the rest of the software new code.

Don't enter the key prior to sysprepping. Make it a post-imaging step.

Do you mean Install the software as Trail without activation it? Or do you mean something else?
If you do mean something else can you please explain in some more details please.

Why is my keyboard press of ctrl shift and f3 not passing through to the vm, I cannot get to audit mode, or past the create an account for this pc. Has this ever happened to you in hyper-v VM??
I have no network card connected, I have tried installing 3 times into this hyper-v vm on windows 10 1607 host machine and installing a 1607 pro version, do i need to do this with enterprise version?>
I have had problems in the past sysprepping windows 10 but only when using a virtual machine, is there a different keyboard shortcut to send ctrl shift f3 to the vm?

If you let the machine go past audit mode and setup a new account, do the Ctrl-Shift-F3 keys work?

Also, when you get to the screen where you'd want audit mode, is there a symbol with 3 quarters of a circle at the bottom left of the screen? If so, that might give accessibility options including, with any luck, an on-screen keyboard.

The symbol I mean is just visible beside the bottom-left corner of the white box at 5mins 22s into Kari's video here:

Yes, install the software but do not activate it until the image is restored and ready to be deployed.

    Question about answerfile.xml

Dear Kari and admin team ,
Thanks for preparing such complete and great instruction for customizing windows 10 via sysprep .
I went through all of instructions step by step however during preparing Answer file I created Auto login user name and password . below is the answer file after creation of image :
    -----------------------------------------------------------
    <unattend><settings pass="specialize"><component name="Microsoft-Windows-Shell-Setup" processorArchitecture="amd64" publicKeyToken="31bf3856ad364e35" language="neutral" versionScope="nonSxS"><AutoLogon><Password><Value>UQBhAHQAQQBkAG0AaQBuAFAAYQBzAHMAdwBvAHIAZAA=</Value><PlainText>false</PlainText></Password><Enabled>true</Enabled><Username>Admin</Username></AutoLogon>
    .
    .
When I restart the computer seems everythings have been done alright but when "Admin" user pops on after putting password it doesn't let me to login with "user name or password are incorrect" message.
How should I recover password ? Is there any way or I should do everything from the first ?!
    Cheers,
    Alex

Did you also create an "Admin" account in the answer file? Since you are not using "Administrator", you need to create a local user "Admin". You would do this in Microsoft-Windows-Shell-Setup also. FYI, I'm doing both of these in "settings pass=oobeSystem".

Though it's not possible with some software, since it will auto-run right after install, it's best not to even open the software you install during Audit Mode - just install it and leave it. You shouldn't be putting tons and tons of software on there, anyways. Most of what you should be doing are customizations, possible group changes, etc. Only the minimal amount of software should be installed.

The more software you install, the longer the unattended answer.xml will take to install the OS when generally it's much quicker than a regular OEM install (especially if you do it on a VM).

It's also better to create a custom .wim file instead of using a 3rd party program (and do not get me wrong, I love Macrium and use it myself) or ImageX. It's very easy to create a WinPE boot USB with ImageX + a GUI wrapper if you need it to snapshot the drive. That said, I do usually run a Reflect image backup, too.
