Hello Kim, and welcome to Ten Forums. :)

No need for the full CBS log. If you like, use OPTION FIVE to create a sfcdetails.txt file and upload it instead. I'll be happy to take a look at it for you.

    sfcTEXT

    Good Morning Sir,

Brink, I tried to create that file using option five. It created a .txt file "sfctext", but there was nothing in/on the document itself.

I will try again in a bit. Work calls. I really appreciate you trying to help me.

    Sincerely,

    Kim

If it's empty, it usually means that SFC hadn't been run in Windows first. Try running SFC /SCANNOW again to see if you may get any results when you create sfcdetails.txt again afterwards.

Yep, it's for the NVIDIA "opencl.dll" bug. Nothing to worry about. :)

Shawn with the NEWEST update from Nvidia they have FIXED the Opencl.dll issue. They have changed the way it installs into the different directories, which fixes the problem. Now when I run SFC /Scannow it finds NO ERRORS
