Ditto, took about two minutes start to finish.

    Just noticed, no 14383 watermark.

I could not find the install.esd file but found it as

    14383.0.160701-1839.rs1_release_CLIENTCORE_RET_x64fre_en-gb.esd

    in c:\windows\softwaredistribution folder

but it complains no RSA keys could not be found.

You need to grab the ESD before the upgrade process from the Sources folder. The ESD in c:\windows\softwaredistribution after the upgrade is no longer the same file, its decryption requires different cryptokeys.

I did try and get it before the upgrade as I always do - it just seems to be missing - I assume something failed.

Re-did it in a vm, and after download could not find it but a few minutes later it was there obviously takes a few minutes to process from the initial download. Thanks to all for suggestions.

If you had your files/folders unhidden the install.esd should be in this location: C:\$Windows.~BT\Sources

It's been there every time I get an update and when I use @Kari tool it works fine.. just like it did with build 14383.

If you need the ESD let me know.
