FWIW, I got this error today (build 14371), I vaguely remember it from sometime last year but don't remember its importance.
OK, I think I found the culprit: I can reproduce your error if I run ESDtoISO in normal mode:

If run elevated (Run as administrator) as instructed in tutorial, the error does not occur:

However this seems to have no effect in final product, the ISO image, they are absolutely identical regardless if ESDtoISO was run in normal or elevated mode.

@Kari , I stumbled upon this tool called "WinToHDD Free" and I am not sure if this is a legit tool like the Macrium. It was first publicly released last January 2016 and is now up to Version 2.1 (released June 23). The developers call themselves "The EasyUEFI Development Team". What it does is it can be used to install Windows 10 using an image, an ISO, an ESD file, a WIM file or even a VHD file. You don't even have to make a bootable DVD or USB. Which means, no DVD or USB is needed at all. If this tool is legit, maybe the days of ESDtoISO method will be over soon. I will not provide a link. Anyone can just simply Google it up. Below is a sample gif of installing the esd file I got from Build 14372 into another drive. Not sure if you've heard of this before. Do you think there is a disadvantage of using this tool? The only advantage I see is, as mentioned above, there's no need for USB flashdrive or DVD to make a bootable installer and you can use your PC while installing Windows into another hard drive either internally (via SATA) or externally (with USB dock/enclosure).

Btw, I've successfully installed 14372. On first boot, it will go to the installation customization. But I did not go as far as "asking" for the key.

All good, once again. Thanks again @Kari for providing this stuff for us! :)

Almost 4GB large, I was surprised!
The ISO's are getting larger yet the installed footprints keep getting smaller! :)
