    Young Oldman,

Are you able to install all updates from Windows Update to get your current installation to the latest build?

Right, the Windows Update is unable to install KB3135174, it gets downloaded then when restarting it says that it couldn't do the update then upon booting Windows again it stays at 0%. I have tried to install the update independently using the file from windows Catalog but it says that the update is not available for my system. (I think because of the build.)

Edit: Both installers failed upon restarting. Doing it automatically also fails upon restart.

I must mention that I had the Build released on November which if I am not wrong is the same build that the ISO has. However later during December I reverted the compilation using F8 at boot up and advanced options. I did it because I thought that new build was the cause of my Watchdog shut down problem... but I have never had the option to update the build again after that point.

Brink, This sounds good but I am unable to log into the MS account and get the ISO. Is there an alternate source?
    I have a MS account.
    Tried both Google and MS.

    Hey Bill, :)

You won't be able to do a repair install in Windows unless you can sign in to an administrator account.

You might see if you may be able to enable the built-in Administrator account at boot using OPTION FOUR below, and sign in to this account to do the repair install from.

'm not sure what you mean. I did not even try to get the ISO.
Presntlu , I am at a place where I boot to the local account with a pin."William"
The question is asked whether I wish to log on to the MS account. "Bill"
"Dan" still appears as a logon choice. Cannot find it anywhere. Folder, user account etc.
I have two user Folders name "Bill" and "William". What is their significance? My path for all my macros and shortcuts is "William", how ever, I find my self in "bill" sometimes.
Feeling a bit Blah, so, forgive me if the answer is slower than usual.

That's ok Bill. I hope you get to feeling better soon.

You should be able to download an ISO using either option below.

As long as you are able to sign in to any administrator account on the PC, you will be able to do a repair install.

Each folder is a user profile for a separate account on your PC.

Do you have two accounts on the sign in screen?
