Hello, guys. I had thought that I had seen this here, although I couldn't find it in this thread, so I must have seen it somewhere else:

Serious Problem With Windows Media Player-restore.media.library.png

But this seemed to have solved my problem with WMP. Therefore, it recovered all my music files (which were still on my computer) back to WMP, with the exception of the few that I had deleted from my computer. Plus, for the CDs that I still have, I was now able to re-rip them back to my computer and the WMP. But thanks everyone for your help.

However, I may be looking for another media player (even though WMP had been faithful and reliable until I encountered this problem). Therefore, I was wondering if anyone has heard of Advanced Interactive Media Player, and if you know whether or not you can transfer WMP playlists to it.

It was in post #5 and you quoted it in post #8.

Good, but I thought you said they were not.

I haven't noticed it being mentioned.

    All the best,

Indeed, it is... But I've been burning the candle at both ends lately.

Here's what I said in context:
But as far as deleting songs from a playlist, the option is to "Remove from playlist" and it has worked like that for over the past 20 years, but now all of the sudden when it's just supposed to only remove the song from the playlist, it now deletes the song from my computer.
Therefore, what I had said is that it always used to only REMOVE the songs from the playlists, but now as of RECENTLY, it deletes the songs from my computer instead of just removing them from the playlists... And that has only been VERY RECENTLY. Therefore, it hasn't been deleting my songs from my playlists previously throughout most of my history using WMP.
