Don't worry about it. The realtek hardware support application inf file (11.0.6000.309) will be on Microsoft Update Catalog in a few weeks which will let you download 1.46.309.0 realtek audio console from the Microsoft Store.

There is absolutely zero need to install something from unofficial sources. I have 305 myself.
My realtek audio console comes directly from microsoft and again it is 1.47.309.0

I only share it for people who want it.

Thanks! On mines , it's page 24 and post 915. I think I have a setting of dispaying more posts on each page but how the post # is different is interesting.

    How is it difficult?

It takes you less than 3 minutes to go to MUC to do a search, download the cab file, and do a device manager update. It probably takes you about as much time as you wrote this post complaining about it.

Nobody in the entire planet (aside from the same 5 people who talked amongst themselves in this forum) claims to hear any difference in sound. I don't claim that there is a sonic difference. Mokichu certainly doesn't claim it either as he automatically deletes his older driver package when a new one is released. This is about bug fixes (mainly power management related) and maybe security fixes.

I thought the only person who even talks about sound quality between versions is Cliff S but it could also be system dependent as he might also have a better system and there is no real evidence either so a reboot may sound different for all we know as I am on a Dell XPS 15 9570 notebook where I only listen to things on earphones and I can't give a accurate review the system itself has the volume at max while the earphones might be Sennheisers, they are not Sennheiser HD580s but made for gaming and has it's own volume control where I start from the lowest volume and believe me, they all don't sound sonically good because of that reason. Besides, isn't all the actual sound quality supposed to be on the realtek hardware and not the software as in drivers. And I might be wrong on this one but it seems like there are systems that uses Realtek audio drivers but don't actually use realtek chips as it seems like my system uses a Intel audio but it's just compatible with Realtek drivers. Besides, it seems like there are two types of drivers. One is the realtek audio drivers and the other is the software components which are really two different things.

Only on my system, from the last drivers you shared, I don't have a HSA device and it didn't find anything newer than the Realtek Audio Effects Component you provided earlier, the only thing that it updated was Realtek Audio Universal Services as for the others, even what was included was already the latest available when you provided the archive back in early August 2023 as basically for
    Realtek Audio Effects Component 13.0.6000.1097

I do believe that they did hear sonic difference 5 years ago BUT for entirely different reasons with HDA.

They tried every single modded and unmodded driver from half a dozen different unofficial sources (alanfox2000 before the DMCA takedown, pal1000, Mokichu doing non-asus drivers and a few other people). The unofficial releases were sporadic so they hopped from alanfox2000 in one month and pal1000 in another month. Which means that there are going to be hidden registry entries on EQ and other stuff. You only need to forget not to DDU your system once and there is going to be a hidden skeleton in the registries. Of course some driver may sound terrible if you EQ your sound and then a 2nd hidden EQ got mysteriously turned on in the registry (and there is no GUI telling you that some long forgotten EQ got turned back on). It mysteriously sound bad because it was double EQ'ed.

5 years ago, there were maybe 5 people on this forum willing to try every single unofficial sources. All the normal people don't do that so these 5 people monopolized the stage to proclaim their so-called expertise.

But now with Realtek MUC UAD driver release about once every week since UAD drivers started in 2018 --- you are talking about a total of 250 UAD drivers. With my sticky tutorial dated 2020, the sonic talk died down because the whole tenforums community cannot hear a difference in close to 150 UAD drivers since 2020. It makes them look silly proclaiming about sonic differences because they don't monopolize the stage now. The whole tenforums community tried 150 UAD drivers.

Recently I received the following Realtek updates via WIndows Update:
    • Realtek - SoftwareComponent - 12.150.1105.140
    • Realtek - Extension - 9.21.3690.164
    • Realtek - Extension - 9.21.3690.521

Now I have no sound at all. Internal and bluetooth audio devices and internal and external microphones are all dead.

The task bar icon says "No audio devices installed" though device manager shows all devices working. Investigating further, the Windows Audio Service stops and is not be able to restart. Reinstalling audio drivers has not helped but I have obtained temporary relief by reverting to an earlier restore point.

None of these components seem to be the Realtek Audio driver which Device Manager shows as version 6.0.9514.1. What are they and has anyone experienced the same after this update?

    Any help appreciated...

I am running Windows 11 Home, 64-bit on an Acer Laptop SF314-71.
